Massage Therapy

Massage involves working the soft tissue of the body, to ease day-to-day stresses and muscular tension, reduce pain and promote relaxation. It helps to increase delivery of blood and oxygen to the treated areas and can also be used in support of other therapies to assist in the rehabilitation of muscular injuries.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a treatment derived from ancient Chinese medicine. Fine needles are inserted at certain sites in the body for therapeutic and health improvement purposes. This results in the body producing natural substances, such as pain-relieving endorphins. It's thought that these naturally released substances are responsible for the beneficial effects experienced with acupuncture.

As a passionate physiotherapist with a holistic approach to healing, I believe in treating the body as a whole—rather than just addressing individual symptoms. I strive to empower individuals to take control of their health and live pain-free, functional lives.

Having qualified in 2019, I’ve worked with patients from many walks of life- helping to recover from injury, manage chronic conditions, and optimize movement patterns for better health and performance. My approach combines hands-on manual therapy, corrective exercises, and education to improve strength, mobility, and overall wellness.

I believe that true healing is about understanding the root cause of pain and dysfunction, from there we can create a personalised, sustainable plan for long-term well-being. By listening to your body, working with you, and applying a comprehensive treatment approach, my goal is to help you achieve balance, mobility, and resilience in all areas of life.

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, dealing with chronic pain, or simply looking to improve your physical function and prevent future issues, I am here to guide you through every step of your healing journey.
